Deets: Screen Australia and Australians in Film will host an intimate reception to celebrate the Australian filmmakers nominated for the 89th Academy Awards®. The event will take place at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills (300 S Doheny Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048) on Friday, February 24th from 6-8pm.
The evening commemorates the record-breaking 13 nominations including, for the first time in history, two nominations for best motion picture for Lion and Hacksaw Ridge. Tanna marks the first foreign language nomination for Australia.
The event is supported by Qantas, Australian Consulate Los Angeles, Ausfilm and Penfolds.
