World No.1s Serena Williams (USA) and Novak Djokovic (SRB) will lead the all-star player field, with retiring world No.8 Flavia Pennetta (ITA) the only name missing from the women’s top 100 and current world No.100 Dudi Sela (ISR) just missing the men’s direct entry cut-off.
