Deets: Authors Night is a lavish fundraiser to benefit the East Hampton Library. All proceeds go directly to the Library. Beginning in 2005 with a handful of dinners and a few hundred attendees, it has grown to be the premier literary event of the Hamptons with over 100 authors and more than 1,000 people in attendance.

Authors Book Signing Cocktail Reception @5PM

Enjoy fabulous hors d’oeuvres and wine under the tent. Meet your favorite authors, buy their books and have them inscribed. The most recent titles for each author will be available for purchase at the event. Dinner Parties begin at 8pm

You’re in for a wonderful surprise when you join the party at a lovely Hamptons home. You get to choose your party.

Authors Night 2015 will take place in the Village of East Hampton on a field at 4 Maidstone Lane. Parking will be available on-site as well as at several overflow areas that will be depicted on a map available from the Library the week before the event.

Who You May Spot: Alec Baldwin, Ed Burns, Robert A. Caro, Dick Cavett, Tom Clavin, Nelson DeMille, Christina Baker Kline, and Lynn Sherr.

Hint For The Average Socialite: Tickets are $100 and are available at the door or you may purchase online!
