Deets: Each Spring, a caring community of professionals from finance, fashion, science, and entertainment attend the Solving Kids’ Cancer Spring Celebration. This annual event funds research projects which offer children with the most aggressive childhood cancers new and innovative treatment options.
In 2015 Solving Kids’ Cancer will further advance its vision by merging with a London-based childhood cancer charity. This international union is the first of its kind, where two parent-led childhood cancer organizations join forces under one umbrella. Working together as Solving Kids’ Cancer International, we will embrace a bold future where we understand the landscape, strengthen the science and cure the child, not just nationally, but for children around the world.
Get Involved: 100% of public donations goes to development of therapies to make survivorship possible for kids with the deadliest childhood cancers including neuroblastoma, brain and CNS tumors, and sarcomas. We also ensure that the scientists and institutions that we fund do the same. All of SKC’s non-research expenses are underwritten by Solving Kids' Cancer Board of Directors.
