Deets: Each year, Opening Night at the Hollywood Bowl kicks off the LA Phil’s summer season at one of our nation’s premier outdoor music venues. Guests enjoy a VIP pre-concert reception, gourmet dinner and a spectacular evening concert under the stars.This year's concert will feature Journey, the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra led by conductor Thomas Wilkins, and Youth Orchestra Los Angeles. Rock music superstars Journey launch the season with a spectacular full-length set to benefit the LA Phil and its education/ community programs. Opening Night at the Bowl is one of the most anticipated highlights of the summer season and culminates in a spectacular fireworks display.
