Deets: Get ready for the event of the season! A.C.T. is proud to present our annual Gala, a VIP event that commemorates our company's milestones and our vibrant community. It's a great opportunity to celebrate in style, mingle with other theater lovers, and enjoy spectacular entertainment by captivating artists. We are so excited to announce this year’s special guest: Broadway luminary Alan Cumming (CBS's The Good Wife and Broadway's Cabaret). Cumming is beyond eclectic. He was an award-winning Hamlet, and he had his own talk show. He appeared in a Jay Z video, and he wrote a New York Times best-selling memoir. He has played Dionysus, the Devil, God, the Pope, and was photographed by Herb Ritts for Vanity Fair as Pan. He has sung at Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, the London Palladium, and the Sydney Opera House. And he isn’t nearly done yet! 

Aside from enjoying entertainment by one of the world’s most dynamic performers, your attendance at the A.C.T. Gala will ensure that the largest number of people in our community enjoys access to our productions and our world-class training programs. All proceeds from your table or ticket purchase go directly to support our acclaimed actor training and arts education and community programs, which bring the power of live theater to more than 12,000 Bay Area students each year.
