Deets: The revealing HBO Documentary film The Case Against 8 takes an in-depth look at the movement to overturn California's Proposition 8, and at the historic federal lawsuit filed to challenge its constitutionality. With exclusive behind-the-scenes access to both the unlikely legal team (David Boies and Ted Olson) and the four plaintiffs in the suit, filmmakers Ben Cotner and Ryan White have created the definitive account of the battle that effectively ended marriage discrimination in California.
