Join the James Beard Foundation Award winning chef and cookbook author, Dominique Ansel (creator of the infamous Cronut) for a not-to-miss evening of signature bites, cocktails and conversation. Each guest will receive a signed copy of Dominique Ansel: The Secret Recipes along with a curated gift bag with culinary staples from the chef.
Schedule of events:
6:30 pm - Guests arrive, welcome cocktails and canapés served
7:00 pm - Chef introduction and Q&A
7:15 pm - Additional cocktails, savory canapés and desserts served
8:30 pm - Guests depart with a signed copy of Dominique Ansel: the Secret Recipes and gift bag with the chef’s favorite culinary staples
